Cruise comfortably around campus and carve confidently on big hills with the Sector 9 Sentinel II Longboard. It features a five-ply bamboo deck with a camber mold for a soft, springy flex that provides excellent rebound and response out of turns. It also has a drop-through deck design that puts your feet closer to the ground for greater stability and reduced speed wobbles when you’re really flying. A shorter wheelbase and Gullwing Sidewinder II trucks help you carve and corner on a dime, and Offset Nineball wheels are grippy so you can lay into turns with confidence.

Blowing through crowds on the boardwalk and twists in the road is what you’ll be doing on this board, hence the name Tempest. The sidewinder II trucks really diminish the effect a longer wheelbase can have on a longboard. In effect what you get is a board that has the easy ride and feel of a longer board but can turn a lot tighter than expected because of the trucks.

This technical freeriding gem is enhanced tremendously by the vertically laminated maple core to give it strength in the neck and pop for all the flip tricks you can muster. This board has a bit of camber, but is stiffer than it appears due to the wet layup and the corresponding stiffness gives it perfect responsiveness.

Responsive turning, unbeatable carving abilities, and maximum stability, are all characteristics of Sector 9’s Fractal longboard.
